UI Designer

You are

We’re looking for a full-time UI Designer to collaborate with our brand and UX designers, strategists, developers and managers to develop user interaction design solutions and meaningful digital experiences.

In this role you’ll enjoy working with a positive, supportive team, in a great space, on a broad range of clients and projects.

You’ll have:

  • 3-5 years creative agency experience in visual interaction design of responsive, web-based products and services including developing detailed guidelines and interaction specifications
  • the ability to generate ideas for creative UI designs and interactions from low-fidelity concepts to high-fidelity visual solutions
  • a demonstrated understanding of how to translate brand expression into digital context
  • the capability to work within an agile software development environment
  • experience managing and iteratively delivering high-quality designs throughout all phases of a project
  • the ability to leverage and build upon existing discovery, strategy, tone-of-voice, design patterns, guidelines, and visual language 
  • experience prototyping using Figma (and ideally interactive tools such as Framer, Principle, Protopie)
  • a portfolio that demonstrates a strong design aesthetic and keen attention to detail
  • experience working with creative/art direction, ie. ideas into design
  • experience working with developers, ie. design into development
  • excellent communication and presentation skills
  • an understanding of design systems
  • the ability to collaborate with colleagues and client – to present your ideas to a broad range of stakeholders
  • familiarity with the testing process to support design research and testing activities
  • energy, enthusiasm and ability to work within integrated teams
