Deloitte’s 2017 Graduate recruitment campaign needed to talk to diversity of roles, to ensure it continued to attract and hire a diverse range of talent.
The new campaign was also required to feature Deloitte’s new global ‘circular motif’ visual identity and messaging.
The solution celebrates the unique skills of previous Deloitte graduates and those sought in the new generation. Deloitte: FOR diverse people and experiences.
The campaign comprises 12 stories of previous Deloitte graduates. Each story features its own FOR-headline and unique image, individually crafted to showcase the big idea of the campaign and the authentic success story behind the ad.
The combination of image and message is bold and unexpected – like the talent it seeks to attract.
For the second year in a row, Deloitte ranked #1 in the most popular firm for graduates in the Australian Financial Review’s Top 100 Graduate Employers 2017.
