For the third year in a row, Deloitte has ranked #1 in the most popular firm for graduates in the Australian Financial Review’s Top 100 Graduate Employers 2017.
Folk worked with Deloitte to create their 2017 Graduate recruitment campaign.
The 2016 campaign talked to diversity of roles and talent: “I’m NOT JUST an accountant/consultant”, and “Disrupt Y/Our Thinking”.
Similarly, the 2017 campaign needed to ensure Deloitte continued to attract and hire a diverse range of talent, while also putting their new ‘circular motif’ visual identity to work.
The new campaign celebrates the unique skills of Deloitte’s previous graduates and those sought in the new generation: Deloitte – FOR diverse people and experiences.
The campaign comprises 12 stories of previous Deloitte graduates. Each story features its own FOR-headline and unique image, individually crafted to showcase the big idea of the campaign and the authentic success story behind the ad.
A winning combination (congratulations again) that catches the ear and eye.
